I started a new exercise class tonight.
I am sore NOW.
I was sore when class ended.
Pray I can get out of bed in the morning.

If it makes you feel any better, I could hardly walk after trying out my kids’ Wii Fit. It is humiliating.
I knew exercise was bad for you!Of course, I am out of breath having a conversation these days… Hehe.
Wii Fit is Awesome, and you’re right – humiliating! We’ll see about that class…I may hit the Curves though.
